01. Quarterly Fee (Including Quarterly Annual Charges, Quarterly Tuition Fee) will be charged. The schedule for depositing the fee will be as follows:

03. If the fee is not paid according to the schedule, it will be received with a fine of Rs.10/- per day.
04. No cash fee will be accepted at the school fee counter. Only Credit or Debit Card payments will be accepted.
05. Transport fee (if any) is added to this challan. For any change/difference in fee, contact school reception on any working day.
06. If there is a holiday on the last working day of fee deposition, the next working day would be treated as the last day.
07. No part fee will be accepted.
08. The fee of Junior Wing students (Nursery to 2nd) will be deposited in Junior Wing. The fee of students of classes 3rd to 12th will be deposited in Senior Wing.

Other Payments
Parents will bear the charges in the following cases:
- Educational trips (Outside Ambala) or participation in tournaments/competitions etc.
- Rent of dresses for cultural/annual functions etc.
- Fee for documents demanded by parents – Bonafide Certificate, Fee Certificate, D.O.B. Certificate, SLC, Character Certificate etc.
- Fee demanded by the board for registration or examination or any correction etc.
- Fee for lost fee folder/identity card/school diary/syllabus booklet.
